We put Gills on everything!

Gills BAR-B-QUE Sauce is by far our favorite condiment. It tastes good on meat, vegetables, dinner rolls, and just about everything! We love both the Mild and Hot varieties. I'm ordering extra bottles to give as gifts.

Not as I remember

I know the bottle says it’s from the original recipe of the 1950’s, but back then, Mr. Gilliam used to make it with coffee…so I know it’s not the “original” recipe, but even still, there’s something about this sauce that isn’t “the same” as what Briggs would make that I was fortunate to get some of from time to time. It’s just different. I’m happy to talk with you about it because I WOULD LOVE for Gill’s to be back in my life!!!
